Based on the touch sensor chip UTouch04B£¬ the module is capacitive touch switch module. By default setting£¬ the module is in direct mode which tells that normally the OUT pin of the module outputs low and it will output high only when you touch the appropriate location. You can set the working mode by shorting the corresponding pads. It can be installed on various surfaces£¬ such as plastic£¬ glass and non-metallic materials.
